Project Creation: When you create a new project, by default, you consent to allow us to use your data (including ticket names and code output) to train our systems. You may opt out of this feature at any time through your Account Settings.
Data Processing: Your code and tickets may be sent to third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI API) for processing.
Publishing Webapps: You may publish your projects as live webapps hosted by CodePlusEqualsAI. By publishing, you agree that you are solely responsible for the content, functionality, and legality of your webapp. You must not publish apps that contain or promote illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Creator Earnings: We may provide mechanisms for you to earn revenue when other users access or use your published apps. Earnings are subject to our payment processor’s terms and our revenue-sharing policies, which may change over time. You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to earnings you receive.
User Responsibilities
- You retain ownership of the code and content you create. By publishing, you grant CodePlusEqualsAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your webapp as necessary to provide the service.
- You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to publishing malicious software, violating intellectual property rights, or attempting to compromise the security or availability of our systems.
- You are solely responsible for the operation and outcomes of your published apps, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service in a lawful and responsible manner. You must not use the service or publish any app that:
- Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- Contains or promotes hate speech, harassment, abuse, violence, sexually explicit material, or discriminatory content;
- Spreads malware, viruses, trojan horses, or other malicious code;
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts or data;
- Engages in automated scraping, data harvesting, or excessive use that degrades service performance;
- Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the service or any third-party systems connected to it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or app that violates this Acceptable Use policy.
Privacy

No Warranty
Our service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our service or of any webapps hosted on our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or hosted webapp at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. During the Alpha and Beta stages, the service may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may result from the termination of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service or any hosted webapp;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service;
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party;
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service.
Payments
If you participate in creator earnings, payouts will be processed through our designated payment provider. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or disputes arising from third-party payment processors. You are solely responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any applicable fees or taxes.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
